The lineage of Propfoxx began in 2005 as a private equity partnership purchased its first property, a duplex in an enclave of Detroit. The team began offering services to the public in 2008 when IPS Realty was formed by Brent Maxwell and his partners. After the Covid crisis hit in early 2020, IPS Realty closed its doors due to a government mandate, and the partners went their separate ways. When business resumed, Propfoxx was born.
